Leek - v1.3.1

New release which includes new features, bugfixes, spelling improvements and much more. It closely follows #1

• new built-in localization engine - app now internally supports localization for each string in itself
• language support for English - current built-in locales are cs and en

• new built-in configuration engine - allows loading and saving application configuration for future use

• improvements for the rename functions - allow to keep the file extension, use only as many counter digits as needed
