This is the first release of the database.

The database is attached to this release. There's two versions:

• one matching the 5-min CO2 output measurement, so integrating over 5-min time periods (and no data for 5 minute corresponding to the input measurement)
• one matching the 10-min CO2 input + output measurement, so integrating over 10-min time periods
