Lightstones 1.3.0 (1.16.5)

A major update including the ability to place Lightstones on the ceiling, improved ore generation, Lightstone storage blocks, and a new type of Lightstone found in the Nether, called Blightstones. Additionally, Lightstones now generate more frequently in ocean biomes.
