Add pk_uuid schema helper

• Add a pk_uuid schema helper to create a UUID type primary key column

// Current implementation
table_auto().col(uuid(Column::Id).primary_key())

// With pk_uuid helper
table_auto().col(pk_uuid(Column::Id))
