LightScript should be able to Watch-HueSensor

Since Hue Sensors indicate when they were last modified (and have a state synchronized with the bridge), one can rapidly poll in order to generate an event when a hue sensor changes.

This would assist in, say, synchronizing Hue Switches so that they also control NanoLeafs or other devices.
