This Multi Atlas Spider version 3.0.0 is the updated version of Multi_Atlas 2.1.0 with the correct computation of the regional volumes
- The base image used here is Multi_Atlas_v2.1.0.simg.
- The matlab code added for the correct computation is taken from https://github.com/baxpr/mavol and complied. matlab version for the compile - R2019b
- test_compiled_matlab.sh was slightly modified to combine the two spiders.
