... and reflect it in:

  • Get Info dialog
  • List views
  • Control Panel DA (evict the Joystick Calibration into its own DA?)

DeskTop part is done. Just needs a control panel to toggle it.

Move 12/24-hour setting from Control Panel to Date and Time DAs
d1f3ad9 
This frees up space (both visual and code) for future things in
Control Panel, consolidates date/time settings in one place, and
eliminates the need for a "Clock" label.

The Date and Time DA loses the Cancel button; like the other
Control Panels, it now applies immediately. However, it won't
try to save either the updated time or setting unless they've
changed.
