Re-trained after fixing a bug in training data prep.

Izembek bird detector v1.0.0

The first set of test results (true test data, not available at train time) were shared with USGS with positive results, so we're declaring this an MVP. Huzzah.

Train/val split information for this release is available here.

The de facto test data for this release is:

• 2017_replicate_2017-10-03 (a whole flight excluded from training; point-level annotations are not available, but image-level counts are available)
• All 2022 data (un-reviewed at the time of this release)
