setting up github workflow yaml file and updated readme.md with continuous deployment concepts.
Creating this PR to register and trigger the workflow yaml file to github actions.
Reason:
In order for workflow files to be registered with GitHub, they have to arrive in the main branch at least once. And I directly pushed the yaml to this branch.
