This adds a new plugin system that allows GRIP to organize queries across multiple external data resources. Each gripper plugin is a GRPC based server that is built from custom code that digs into an custom resource, and provides a common interface for GRIP to make queries. Then there is a graph config file, that describes how all of the different resources are brought together into a single graph.
