Overview

This updates the sql Generated file to ensure some default custom groups are not reserved

@colemanw @mattwire i noticed that even tho #12411 had been merged this didn't actually update the generated sql file so when things like the demo site were being installed the options were still being marked as reserved. This fixes that

@seamuslee001 these things are a bit undiffable but as I understand it you have just used the script to generate this so I'm good to merge
