Overview

Enables optional bootstrap styling of table displays.

Before

Tables plain white with no borders or background.

@colemanw this works -nicely what I was wondering was how well it works with the 'download spreadsheet' -> pdf option.

Since that isn't merged yet (& it did fail when I tested) I'm not gonna hold this up on that feature being done - but I think it would be good to test again. It would be nice if it worked but I guess print.css could be different again anyway
