My scripts for the NY Times proportional representation project
Takes a CSV file with respondent data and adds a column for the district that each respondent is in.
Generates a GeoJSON file with all the state district maps combined into one GeoJSON file.
Determines how many districts each state should have and how many representatives each district should have.
The raw GeoJSON files from Redistricter for each states new maps.
