Removes the local pypechain lib in favor of pypi package. The types in hypertypes is now regenerated with the latest types.

  • remove pypechain folder
  • remove lateral dependencies
  • update pypechain dependency. remove script.
  • fix codegen test
  • update types
  • update README.md
