sgminer with lyra2h algo

sgminer updated with new algo lyra2h for HPP coin ( --kernel Lyra2h)
This new kernel support both amd and nvidia cards

kernel.rar contains the various kernel, windows binaries and an example of bat file.

sgminer with lyra2Z algo (kernel version 2)

• new faster kernel (to run that kernel you need to use --worskize 32, larger worksize will most likely cause a crash)

• attemp at fixing windows static compilation

• new binaries sgminer.exe
  compiled with curl 7.54.0 and openssl 1.1.0d (no need for ssleay.dll and libssl.dll)
  this version shouldn't complain anymore for missing dll (04/25/2017)

(update) the file sgminer-msvc2015.rar contiains binaries, missing dll and the various kernel required to run the sgminer
