fix(base): log the full udev database in rdsosreport

blkid -o udev is deprecated since 2012

udevadm info --export-db logs the full content of the udev database.

I miss ID_FS_PARTUUID and ID_FS_PARTLABEL in the udevadm output.

Good point. I think that information could be deducted from the output of the following line ls -l /dev/disk/by*.

Regardless I pushed an update to conditionally run blkid as well.
