To give a bit more context. We're doing it in private because we're not ready yet. We don't yet have a way to take in pull requests, we can't run a React native app on device, we can't push back updates that we've done internally. All of those are super basic things that are not working. If we were to open it up to people now, they would likely have a bad experience. Please give us some time to get our house in order with the open source process. We want to open it as soon as possible, trust me :) |

…crash on simulator, on device I got nothing but app freezed)! My app has an old version of JSONKit which is still using MRC. I think JSONKit is not needed if system version is available. Kicking out of JSONKit will make react native stronger. * [a11y] fix VoiceOver navigation This commit disables removeClippedSubviews for all react views when VoiceOver is enabled on iOS. The issue is that VoiceOver relys on the view hierarchy to know how to navigate between elements when the user swipes left and right. When removeClippedSubviews is enabled, all views offscreen are removed from the view hierarchy, causing VoiceOver to stop navigating when it gets to the last view rendered on screen. I'm sure you all have talked about this a lot, but I would like to see this open-sourced sooner rather than later. I appreciate wanting to do something for the conf attendees, and that is pretty cool, but the longer this is open-sourced the more the rest of the community will feel excluded (as more and more tweets & posts are made, etc).
I have a blog post I'm working on, for example, but I'm not going to post it until this is open-sourced because otherwise I feel like I'm rubbing my early access in other's faces.
