This wires up esp32c6 support, initially for the Expressif ESP32-C6-DevKitC-1.

I've started using RIOT.c's new board naming rules.

I've tested the embassy-http-server example.

I tested with the examples/embassy-hid-keyboard that the usbd-hid fork is still basically working (on nrf52840dk).
