Convert to property action generates incorrect property names for getABCXyz() style methods

Consider the following:

class C {
  def getURLEncoder() {}
  static main(args) {
    def encoder = getURLEncoder()
  }
}

Convert to Property (Ctrl+Shift+,) over getURLEncoder produces property "uRLEncoder" instead of "URLEncoder".
