Evaluator Function

AHRD Evaluator function

If references are given AHRD can compute the F-Scores of the descriptions assigned by it and its competitors. These are the best Blast Hits’ descriptions from the respective Blast searches. Many other statistics are given.

Start the evaluator with

java -Xmx2g -cp ahrd.jar ahrd.controller.Evaluator input.yml

An example evaluator input.yml will be provided.
