With ALT+<click> a vertex from a linestring or polygon can be deleted, but it's not obvious for users and the key combination is easy to forget.

Inform the user about ALT+<click> shortcut to delete a vertex.
Provide a delete button as in https://viglino.github.io/ol-ext/examples/interaction/map.interaction.modifytouch.html
