I plan to publish it on F-Droid now that the code mostly works. I have to check how to do it and organise the code a little bit more. |
You could ask on "F-Droid Forum". There are people with skills and knowledge, who probably can help. |

In the meantime, eSpeak - while even more outdated on F-Droid - does work on LineageOS 17.1 (Android 10). |

I would recommend RHVoice. It's on F-Droid. I use it with Osmand, it sounds pretty good. |
