Added advanced volume processing functions

In the latest version, I added new volume processing functions and updated the previewer tool.

GPU support for acceleration with CUDA

I added GPU support for CUDA based projects. mex and pure C version are still functional and running if you don't have access to a GPU.

Overlapping Regions

In this release I shifted compilation to CMAKE and allows regions to overlap for reduced artifacts at the interfaces between the different voxels.
