Description
This pull-request updates the support phone number shown in error message where there are connectivity issues.

Testing Instructions
Go to PayPal settings, click to connect to PayPal Live, select one option, then click the Confirm button. Once PayPal page is loading, close it. The error must now be shown for you with the updated phone number.
