All the options!

This is an ALPHA release. The number one thing this project still needs is FEEDBACK. Please test to your heart's content.

Changes this release:

• [BREAKS OLD CONFIGS] Options now use getopt syntax (e.g. -n or --nonull instead of just nonull)
• Updated signal-cli dependency
• signal-authenticator now handles session resets properly
• Added --dbus option and signal-authenticator dbus service for noticeable speedup in dbus mode
• Added --add-space-every option
• Added --allowed-chars option
• Added --token-len option
• Added --time-limit option
• Added --ignore-spaces option
• Code style improvements (Kernel code style)

Call for testing

This release is still an ALPHA release.

In this release:

• improvements to the readability of the README
• setup scripts to make installing and using signal-authenticator as easy as possible
• updated signal-cli depencency
• use of --no-atachments flag when receiving messages

I ask for users to test signal-cli and report any issues, including ease of use and ease of setup issues, to the issues page.
