Version on f-droid is really old

Hello,

Would it be possible to give a version bump on f-droid? We still have the old 2.2.9, and it seems we're about 3.0 now in here…
Or, a "simple" way to compile it from the sources (via gradle or such thing) would also be a good alternative :)

Hi,
thanks for your interest @cjeanneret. We actually decided to bump version on F-Droid on the first beta version; alpha is not really usable yet and we prefer to keep it out of both Play Store and F-Droid.

Oh about gradle: there is an issue open for that too #157. We hope to switch to gradle during beta. If you feel up to the task of doing it while keeping it compatible with Eclipse/ADT you're very welcome of course :-)
