Getting started tutorial for getting and compiling Hadoop from latest source code
This repository will help you get latest Hadoop source code, intall all required packages, do all needed configurations, compile and package Hadoop modules.
You will need Oracle Virtualbox and Vagrant to work with this repository. After getting pre-requisities, just clone the repo, cd into the new directory and run vagrant up. It will download all required resources and provision the machine for you.
