Issue description

I get this packet handling error every once in a while, while doing nothing specific. It happened 3 times until now.

Steps to reproduce

There isn't really a way to reproduce this issue as it seems to happen randomly.

NeoForge version

21.0.167

Mekanism version

10.6.7 (Latest)
