#13 isn't resolved yet. However, we still want to publish a somehow up-to-date version. This version is crafted by hand: thanks for this comment by @tumuyan, we noticed another way to get new titles.
Due to the limitation of Special:NewPages, we don't have data between 2023/11/14 to 2023/12/8. The issue will be resolved after Moegirlpedia re-opens access to its API.
