Foremost, this is really a great tool, very nice to use.

I currently use the tool with an external custom stylesheet in watch-mode, and I noticed that the css file is not watched at all while the markdown file is.

The command line is following:

markdown-to-slides foo.md -w -s foo.css -o foo.html

I think it would be very valuable to have all the custom resources watched also (css, js and template).
