A ordered map. Implemention uses im::OrdMap so copies/mutations should share underlying CoW storage. Literal syntax: [ k -> v, ... ] Range retrieval and assignment should be the same as Stunt. (See e.g. ToastStunt manual)
This breaks compatibility with Stunt, which does implement range assignment on maps.
This reverts a change I squeezed into a previous commit.
