This adds coverage tracking for Java code using JaCoCo to determine coverage, and Codacy to track coverage over time.

Coverage tracking can be enabled with:

  • --java-coverage in the launcher
  • or <jacoco:coverage> in ant

@daumayr, would be good if you see whether this works for you, is useful.
Since you are adding plenty of primitives, I wanted to make sure they are tested properly 😄

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 80.003% when pulling 9287a3a on java-coverage into 35f8b68 on dev.
