Catalog: add search support

Problem

The catalog should be searchable.

Solution

Add support for fuzzy searching the catalog and polish various styling.

This searches both category and project name. Unclear whether or not searching the category is valuable.

Caveats/Notes

To be fixed in later efforts:

• There's some issues where keyboard shortcuts clash with the search input
• The search results can't be navigated with the keyboard
• Ranking could be better
