Summary of changes
This PR adds a new subpackage package
siamese_net, which exposes a Siamese network implementation by @agrija9. The objective is to use this for person recognition and recognition of specific (e.g. personalised) objects.Scripts for training and testing have been added as well.
This will be required very soon for b-it-bots/mas_domestic_robotics#233
