There should be no default error handling when using Http2Stream. All errors will end up in `'streamError'` on the server anyway, but they are emitted on `'stream'` as well, otherwise some error conditions are impossible to debug. There should be no default error handling when using Http2Stream. All errors will end up in `'streamError'` on the server anyway, but they are emitted on `'stream'` as well, otherwise some error conditions are impossible to debug.
