  • security protocols, recent security issue and role of TAG: TAG hasn't met in a while, no clear protocol for incidents like the vulnerability that was discovered two weeks ago by DGI; communication unclear: email list link missing from website, slack channel for security discussions is public; role of ICC? could propose mechanism; could liaise with TAG to get clarity about process;
  • position for lead of operational strategy: part-time position, open for applications; internal candidate expressed interest
  • new leadership group chair needed
• IslandoraCon: Code of conduct committee: meetings with volunteers, no formal trainer meetings available yet, looking for funding for training; meeting with Samvera community manager; private slack channel set up, form set up, email address set up; code and team communicated to IslandoraCon attendees
