Bunny Ears
The Bunny Ears lets you jump higher and eat faster.
The ears have no armor.
When on head you get Jump Boost effect. The level of this effect can be increased by Efficiency enchantment (see enchantment section).
While wearing the Bunny Ears, eating something is 2 times faster. It can be increased up to 7 times faster with Efficiency enchantment.
To craft Bunny Ears you need four Rabbit Hides and three Carrots.
Collecting a Rabbit Hide or a Carrot unlocks the recipe in vanilla recipe book.
Damaging can be enabled/disabled with the bunnyEarsDamageEnabled config.
The ears have a durability of 450 (configurable) but it gets no damage when player is attacked.
The Bunny Ears loose a durability point after each jump (when the ears are causing the Jump Boost effect) or after eating something.
The ears have a durability of 600 (configurable) but it gets no damage when player is attacked.
The Bunny Ears get damage while wearing them. At every tick there is a 5% chance to loose one durability point. So in average it looses every second one durability point. When Jump Boost effect was activated by an other source like a potion the ears loose no durability. Since 5.1.1.0 the durability calculation is not chance based and it looses one durability point each second.
The Bunny Ears loose also a durability point after eating something.
The ears can be repaired with rabbit hides or carrots using an anvil.
