Straw Hat
The Straw Hat is a useful hat which lets you dig faster.
The hat has no armor.
When on head mining with a hoe (since MC 1.16) or digging with an shovel is 20% faster (configurable). It can be increased with Efficiency enchantment (see enchantmant section). It is stackable with enchantments and effects of potions.
To craft the Straw Hat you need five Wheat.
Collecting Wheat unlocks the recipe in vanilla recipe book.
The hat has a durability of 300 (configurable since 1.7.0) but it gets no damage when player is attacked.
The Straw Hat gets damage after mining a block with a hoe (since MC 1.16) or digging a block with a shovel.
Since version 1.5.0 damaging can be enabled/disabled with the strawHatDamageEnabled config.
The hat can be repaired with wheat using an anvil.
