Postman Hat
The Postman Hat is a useful hat which lets you move faster.
The hat has no armor.
When on head you get Speed effect while running. The level of this effect can be increased by Efficiency enchantment (see enchantment section).
But while running you get also Hunger effect.
When Speed effect was activated by an other source like a potion the hat will not add its effects.
To craft the Postman Hat you need four Lapis Lazuli and a Gold Nugget.
Collecting Lapis Lazuli or a Gold Nugget unlocks the recipe in vanilla recipe book.
The hat has a durability of 600 but it gets no damage when player is attacked.
The Postman Hat gets damage while running. At every tick when running there is a 5% chance to loose one durability point. So in average it looses every second one durability point. When Speed effect was activated by an other source like a potion the hat looses no durability.
The hat can be repaired with lapis lazuli using an anvil.

All other vanilla helmet enchantments are disabled for this hat.
